O Jovem Aprendiz atuará no suporte às atividades administrativas do hotel, desenvolvendo habilidades e adquirindo experiência no setor. Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:
- Auxiliar no arquivamento, organização e digitalização de documentos;
- Apoiar no controle de planilhas e relatórios administrativos;
- Auxiliar no atendimento interno, prestando suporte a colaboradores e setores administrativos;
- Auxiliar no recebimento e distribuição de correspondências e documentos internos;
- Apoiar no controle e organização de materiais de escritório;
- Realizar atividades de apoio conforme a demanda do setor, sempre sob orientação da equipe responsável.
- Idade entre 18 e 22 anos (conforme legislação do programa Jovem Aprendiz);
- Ensino médio cursando ou concluído;
- Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office (Word, Excel e Outlook);
- Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender;
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Interesse pela área administrativa e pelo setor hoteleiro;
- Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas (não obrigatória).
