Ideal tanto para adultos que buscan una escapada como para familias que buscan conectar y aventura, este hotel trae a Cancún un mundo de experiencias extraordinarias, con una variedad de servicios y actividades adaptadas a viajeros de todas las edades.
Responsable de supervisar y analizar los costos operativos de todas las áreas del hotel, con especial énfasis en Alimentos y Bebidas, control de inventarios y procesos de compras. Su función es asegurar que los recursos del hotel se utilicen de manera eficiente y que los gastos se mantengan dentro del presupuesto. Este puesto es clave para proteger los activos de la empresa y mejorar la rentabilidad mediante reportes precisos y sistemas de control de costos eficaces.
- Supervisar y gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con el control de costos, especialmente en operaciones de A&B.
- Monitorear diariamente los procesos de recepción y salida de mercancías, asegurando el cumplimiento con los estándares del hotel.
- Realizar conteos de inventario periódicos (mensuales, aleatorios) y conciliarlos con los registros contables.
- Analizar las variaciones entre los costos reales y los costos teóricos.
- Verificar que todas las compras estén correctamente documentadas, autorizadas y con precios acordes a los contratos vigentes.
- Implementar y hacer cumplir procedimientos de control de desperdicios, rotación de inventario y optimización de existencias.
- Brindar apoyo a los departamentos operativos con reportes y análisis relacionados al uso, merma y eficiencia de costos.
- Colaborar con el Chef Ejecutivo, Gerente de A&B y Compras para identificar oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencia.
- Preparar y presentar informes de costos precisos y puntuales al Director de Finanzas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, controles financieros y normativas locales.
- Capacitar y supervisar al personal de costos.
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración Hotelera o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en control de costos o puestos similares dentro de la industria hotelera.
- Conocimiento sólido de procedimientos de control de costos en A&B y operaciones hoteleras.
- Dominio de software de inventarios y Excel.
- Experiencia con sistemas como Micros, Sun Systems, SAP birchstreet
