We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our IT operations, managing technical staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's technology infrastructure.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security
• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Conduct regular system audits and implement upgrades to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT operations, projects, and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
• Strong team management and leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex IT challenges
• Proven experience in IT project management and implementation
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and documentation
• Knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster innovation within the IT department
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting end-user needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
