As a Venues Server with a focus on In-Room Dining at Fairmont Winnipeg, you will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences through timely, professional, and personalized service. You will ensure that all in-room dining orders and VIP amenities are delivered with care and precision, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest interaction, and service excellence in alignment with Fairmont’s Service Promise.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Organize and deliver VIP amenities daily, ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Serve as an ambassador of Fairmont Winnipeg by providing a warm, welcoming first impression.
• Use guest names whenever possible to personalize service and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward guests and colleagues at all times.
• Promptly address guest concerns and relay relevant issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Collect and clear trays from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner.

• Previous food and beverage or room service experience is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• A guest-focused, service-driven attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
