Job Description
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections in kitchens, storage areas, and F&B outlets.
- Monitor food handling practices and ensure staff adhere to hygiene protocols.
- Implement and maintain HACCP principles and hygiene SOPs.
- Coordinate pest control measures and waste management procedures.
- Deliver hygiene and food safety training sessions to relevant staff.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
- Support sustainability initiatives related to hygiene and sanitation.
- Respond to hygiene-related complaints and take corrective action promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- HACCP certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
