Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, chillers, exhaust fans, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and thermostats.

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and controls.

• Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of all HVAC systems, including monitoring and maintaining temperature levels in various areas.

• Respond promptly to HVAC-related complaints and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies during all work activities.

• Coordinate with external contractors for major HVAC works and assist other engineering team members when required.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems, with ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to work in confined spaces or at heights, with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during emergencies.

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures in HVAC operations.
