In this role your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Laundry Department.
- Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
- Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld.
- Support roster planning and operational efficiency.
- Coach, mentor and train Public Area Attendant team members in line with brand standards.
- Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience.
In this role you will bring (but not limited to):
- Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (premium or upscale hotel background is ideal).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal.
- A proactive and guest-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.
