• Supervise and ensure efficient daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor cleaning standards, grooming and overall cleanliness to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, room status and defects.
• Assign daily duties and effectively coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide guidance and communicate work instructions clearly to team members. 
• Train, coach and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and improve performance.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, chemicals and storeroom stock to ensure proper inventory control.
• Ensure proper handling of Lost and Found items and maintain accurate departmental records and reports.
• Enforce safe working practices and ensure all team members comply with hotel policies and procedures.
• To perform any other duties as directed by Executive Housekeeper or his/her designate.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a housekeeping role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of hotel standards, guest service, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage room inspections, assignments, supplies, and daily housekeeping schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
