Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Oversee all things clean—from rooms to laundry and beyond. You’ll make sure every corner of Mama’s house is spotless, from the front door to the back. 🧼
• Keep the housekeeping squad running like a well-oiled machine, coordinating between Mama and her partners, from contractors to laundry suppliers. 🤝
• Inventory ninja? Check. Stock everything from linens to guest goodies and make sure we’re never running low on the essentials. 📦
• Flowers in the lobby? Check. Turn-down service in the rooms? Check. No detail is too small for you. 🌸
• Be Mama’s sustainability warrior, helping with energy savings and waste management while keeping an eye on costs. 🌍💡
• Got a guest complaint? You’ll handle it with grace, a smile, and maybe even a hug (if needed)! 🤗
• VIPs on the way? You’ll personally inspect their rooms to make sure they get the full Mama experience. 🎩
• Keep your team motivated and trained, always aiming for top performance and those extra special guest moments. 👥
