• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained, with supplies replenished as needed.
• Report lost property and handle guest laundry according to hotel policy, maintaining our standards of service.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition, reporting any issues and assisting with stocktaking.
• Maintain security of keys and guest rooms, staying observant and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Follow health and safety regulations for the proper use and storage of cleaning agents to ensure a safe environment.

You will be:

• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members and Guests.
