What you will be doing:
Clean and service assigned guestrooms and public areas to MGallery standards
Deliver thoughtful, personalized touches that reflect the spirit of the hotel
Respect guests’ privacy and protect their belongings with care
Ensure housekeeping pantries and trolleys are organized and fully stocked
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
