La Dolce Vita Orient Express is the first Italian luxury cruise on rail, offering a unique travel experience across the country. Inspired by the golden age of railway tourism, the train features itineraries connecting Italy's major cities and destinations, providing passengers with top-class service, exceptional comfort, gourmet cuisine, and a refined atmosphere. The project aims to celebrate the charm and beauty of Italy, making each journey an unforgettable experience.

La risorsa selezionata opererà a bordo del prestigioso treno LDVOE e sarà responsabile della pulizia, del riordino e della cura delle cabine, contribuendo a garantire un’esperienza esclusiva e impeccabile agli ospiti. Il ruolo richiede massima attenzione ai dettagli, discrezione e un elevato senso di responsabilità.  

Responsabilità principali

• Pulizia approfondita e meticolosa delle cabine degli ospiti, incluse le aree di fino e meno visibili (dietro divani, fessure, angoli e superfici delicate).
• Cura e sanificazione delle cabine del personale e delle aree di servizio assegnate.
• Gestione accurata dei materiali, dei prodotti e delle dotazioni di bordo, nel rispetto degli standard di un servizio di lusso.
• Segnalazione immediata di eventuali difetti, danni o necessità di manutenzione, preservando l’elevata qualità degli ambienti.
• Rispetto delle procedure operative, delle norme di sicurezza e dei protocolli di riservatezza.
• Collaborazione con il personale di bordo per garantire un servizio armonioso e coerente con l’immagine del treno di lusso.

• Esperienza preferibile in contesti di hotellerie di lusso, hospitality premium o servizi di alto livello.
• Estrema precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Elevata discrezione, senso etico e orientamento all’eccellenza del servizio.
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in ambienti ristretti.
• Flessibilità operativa e disponibilità a lavorare a bordo treno.
