L’Hôtel Croisette Beach Cannes MGALLERY**** recrute :
Un Chef de Rang H/F/X
En tant que Chef de Rang, vous serez responsable de garantir un service de qualité à nos clients tout en supervisant une équipe de commis de salle. Vous assurerez le bon déroulement du service au sein de votre rang et veillerez à la satisfaction des clients.
Préparation de la Salle:
- Mise en place des tables selon les standards de l’établissement.
- Vérification de la propreté et de l’agencement de la salle.
- Coordination avec la cuisine pour assurer la disponibilité des plats et la gestion des allergies alimentaires
Accueil et Service des Clients:
- Accueil chaleureux des clients et accompagnement à leur table.
- Prise de commandes et conseils sur les menus et les vins.
- Service des plats et boissons en respectant les techniques de service appropriées.
- S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients tout au long du repas, répondre à leurs demandes et traiter rapidement toute réclamation.
Supervision et Coordination:
- Encadrement des commis de salle et des apprentis.
- Coordination avec le reste de l'équipe pour une gestion fluide du service.
- Participation à la formation et au développement des compétences des membres de l’équipe
Gestion et Clôture du Service:
- Assurer la clôture du service : vérification des stocks, rangement, et nettoyage.
- Participation à l’inventaire et à la gestion des stocks de boissons et de matériel de service.
- Reporting au Manager des événements marquants du service.
Compétences Requises:
- Expérience : Minimum 1 an d'expérience en tant que Chef de Rang dans un établissement similaire.
- Connaissance des vins : Bonnes connaissances œnologiques pour conseiller la clientèle.
- Techniques de Service : Maîtrise des techniques de service en salle.
- Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire, une troisième langue est un plus.
- Compétences Relationnelles : Excellent sens du service client, capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients et à gérer des situations de stress.
- Esprit d’Équipe : Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en encadrant des collaborateurs moins expérimentés.
