About you

We’re looking for a Hotel Accountant who’s not only great with numbers but also thrives in the exciting world of hotel operations. You’ll need to be confident navigating a mix of stakeholders, staying on top of industry trends, and inspiring those around you with your coaching and leadership skills. If you’re a natural communicator with a knack for building strong relationships, we’d love to hear from you! 

A sharp eye for detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities will help you shine in this role. We value integrity, a proactive mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit—so bring your energy, ambition, and can-do attitude. Most importantly, you should enjoy working with people at all levels and be flexible enough to embrace the ever-changing world of hospitality. 

On the technical side, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Accounting, supported by demonstrated experience in general accounting and payroll processing, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial tasks. 

What you will be doing? 

As Hotel Accountant you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in the daily operation of the Finance department, directly overseeing and assisting with accounts payable, receivables (and where applicable, payroll operations).
