Guest Relation Manager (F/H)

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses équipes, le Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Guest Relation Manager (F/H).
Mission principale :
Le Guest Relation Manager est chargé de :
• Satisfaire et fidéliser les clients en personnalisant le service en fonction de leur profil et de leurs attentes.
• Superviser la gestion des emails, messages et demandes clients de manière rapide et efficace.
• Gérer et organiser les plannings de rendez-vous, réunions et activités liées au service Guest Relations.
Responsabilités principales :
• Garantir un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé à tous les visiteurs.
• Maintenir un espace d’accueil propre, organisé et conforme aux standards de l’établissement.
• Encadrer l’équipe Guest Relations et veiller à la bonne compréhension et à l’exécution des responsabilités de chacun.
• Assurer le développement professionnel et personnel de l’équipe : formation, accompagnement, feedback.
• Maintenir un niveau élevé de motivation, d’implication et de satisfaction au sein du département.
• Garantir un service client cohérent, fluide et de haute qualité grâce à une supervision rigoureuse et un soutien constant.
• Organiser et animer les briefings quotidiens.
• Maintenir une communication continue avec les autres services de l’hôtel pour assurer une coordination optimale.
• Être attentif(ve) aux retours clients, identifier les axes d’amélioration et proposer des solutions adaptées.
• Développer, mettre en œuvre et suivre des actions visant à améliorer l’expérience client.
• Mesurer l’impact des actions menées et ajuster les procédures afin d’assurer une amélioration continue.
Objectifs et environnement de travail :
• Créer un environnement accueillant, élégant et professionnel où chaque client se sent valorisé et accompagné.
• Favoriser un climat de confiance et de confort pour assurer une expérience client irréprochable.
• Garantir la transmission fluide des informations importantes à l’ensemble du personnel.
• Encourager et faciliter la collaboration interservices afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
• Proposer et appliquer des améliorations concrètes pour accroître la satisfaction et la fidélité de la clientèle.
• Évaluer l’efficacité des changements mis en place et s’assurer qu’ils améliorent réellement l’expérience client.
• Garantir que chaque action menée contribue à une satisfaction client durable et mesurable.
Qualifications :
• Excellente capacité d’interaction, communication positive et aisée avec les clients et les équipes.
• Présentation soignée et sens aigu de l’accueil.
• Aptitude à comprendre et anticiper les besoins des clients et des membres de l’équipe.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
• Capacité à prendre des décisions rapides, pertinentes et efficaces, même en situation de stress.
• Autonomie, leadership, sens des priorités et esprit d’équipe.
