A Front Office Associate typically handles administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations at the reception area of a business. Their responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.

• Manage reservations and room allocations using the Property Management System (PMS).

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to guest stays.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, bell desk, and other departments for guest needs.

• Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

• Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.

• Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.

• • Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

  • Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality

Minimum  4-6 month of internship experience relevant experience in a similar capacity
