Job Description

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:

•Strong commercial and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the hotel

•A genuine passion for people and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a dynamic environment

•Capable of providing clear strategic direction to sustain or enhance market performance and business results

•Proven track record of improving Guest Satisfaction in previous roles, with measurable outcomes

•Proactively identifies new business opportunities and implements strategies to optimize profitability

•Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners to support long-term business growth


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

•An excellent opportunity for a first-time General Manager or someone looking to broaden their experience with a different ownership structure.

•Requires strong financial acumen across forecasting, revenue management, month-end reporting, budgeting, and business reviews.

•Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hotel owners.
