Actualmente, buscamos un/a General Manager para liderar la operación del ibis Elche, un hotel consolidado dentro del segmento económico, con 96 habitaciones funcionales y confortables, ubicado a pocos minutos del centro de Elche, la Universidad Miguel Hernández y el Aeropuerto de El Altet. Es una propiedad muy valorada por viajeros de negocios y ocio, con un ambiente moderno y acogedor, en plena sintonía con los estándares de la marca ibis.
Descripción del puesto
Como General Manager del ibis Elche, serás el/la responsable estratégico/a y operativo/a del hotel. Liderarás un equipo comprometido, impulsarás una cultura centrada en el cliente, asegurarás la excelencia operativa y garantizarás resultados financieros sólidos, todo ello alineado con los valores del Grupo Accor y la esencia de la marca ibis.
Responsabilidades principales:
Liderar la gestión global del hotel como figura clave del negocio, asegurando una operación eficiente y orientada a la satisfacción del cliente.
Representar y promover los estándares de servicio de la marca ibis, garantizando una experiencia consistente y de calidad.
Impulsar el rendimiento del RevPar mediante una gestión eficaz de los distintos canales de venta y distribución.
Fomentar la cultura Heartist®, creando un entorno laboral positivo, inclusivo y motivador.
Asegurar la excelencia en las áreas de Alojamiento y Restauración.
Supervisar procedimientos operativos, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral, de salud y seguridad
Representar tanto al Grupo Accor como a la propiedad en todos los asuntos relevantes.
Perfil Requerido
Experiencia demostrable en la gestión hotelera, preferentemente en los segmentos económico o midscale.
Alta orientación al cliente y elevada inteligencia emocional.
Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia, siendo un referente para el equipo y los stakeholders.
Enfoque a resultados, con sólidos conocimientos financieros y operativos.
Dominio de español e inglés; otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.
