What You Will Be Doing:

Lead the Business

• Drive the strategic vision and operational management of the property.
• Maximize profitability, meet ambitious targets, and ensure compliance with local legislation and ethical practices.
• Position the property as a market leader.

Build Your Team

• Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of passionate hospitality professionals.
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture while maintaining strong ties to the local community.

Drive Service Culture

• Deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations across all areas of the property.
• Uphold Accor´s brand standards and oversee the transformation to a leading hospitality destination.

• Languages: Fluent in Spanish,  French (mandatory) and English (Desirable) 
• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality, ideally with European hospitality brands.
• Strong ethical values, responsibility, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Commercially savvy, with a record of achieving KPIs and driving financial success.
• European nationality or eligibility to work in Morocco preferred.
