The General Manager - Lounges is responsible for the complete operational activity associated with the running of 13 Singapore Airlines Lounges globally, situated in 8 countries, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, South Korea, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, and the Philippines, with 4 of the lounges located in Singapore Changi Airport. With objectives of continuous improvement to customer satisfaction and ensure continuous safety and security of guests and employees.


Job Description

  • Develop and deliver lounge operations to budget 
  • Continually grow customer satisfaction ratings
  • Continual development of service culture programs
  • Protect lounges under our care
  • Oversee recruitment and retention of key talent within the department
  • Ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive and professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality and Tourism
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in multiple countries
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and lounge service
  • Proven cost management ability
