Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless bar operation? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Barback to join our team at the prestigious Olympic Bar, located within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all related equipment
- Replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients, to ensure uninterrupted service
- Collaborate closely with the bar team to support smooth and efficient operations
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing top-notch service
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
