Job Description
Located steps from Wynyard, Novotel Sydney City Centre is a haven for comfort, productivity and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time All-Rounder to join our team.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
- Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
- Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks
- Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience Include:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service
- A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
- Availability to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
