Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and versatile Front Office All-Rounder to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple areas of the front office including Guest Service, Concierge and Porter services, ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-ins and departures
  • Handle guest enquiries, phone calls and service requests professionally
  • Provide porter services, including assisting with luggage and guest arrival needs
  • Provide concierge support including local recommendations, bookings and guest assistance
  • Promote Accor loyalty programs and support upselling opportunities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded
  • Strong guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
