Venez rejoindre notre équipe au sein de l’hôtel Mercure Lac de Maine en tant de réceptionniste polyvalent. Vous travaillerez dans l’hôtel d’Angers disposant de 79 Chambres et 15 salles de séminaire entièrement rénovées.
Description du poste
Vous travaillez en tant que Second du Chef de cuisine au sein du restaurant de l'Hôtel Mercure Angers Grand Maine.
Vous étés responsables avec l appui du Chef :
- l'élaboration de la carte (esprit pour la mise en place et le service
- Réception des commandes,
- l'établissement des inventaires.
- Prendre en charge la cuisine et son équipe dans sa totalité lorsque le Chef de Cuisine est absent
Travail du lundi au vendredi et certains week-ends.

*Le profil recherché :
Expérience souhaitée : 1 ans - dans l’idéal comme chef ou second de cuisine
CAP, BEP et équivalents cuisine (CAP cuisine minimum) exigé.
*Véhicule Souhaitable
*Avantage : Tenues professionnelles fournies et entretenues
Fermeture du Restaurant sur la période de Noël et Jour de L'an.
