Job Description
As our Food & Beverage Team Leader , you…
- Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
- Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment.
- Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs.
- Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
- Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc).
- Contribute to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
