Job Description
You’ll lead the F&B floor like it’s yours — from the coffee machine to the Social Hub energy, to the way the team shows up every shift.

You will:
- Create a Social Hub atmosphere that’s warm, buzzing, and unapologetically cool
- Lead, support, and coach a high‑energy team who love what they do
- Craft consistently exceptional coffee with skill, speed, and style
- Jump across breakfast, all‑day service, and Grab & Go with ease
- Keep service sharp, pace, quality, flow, and guest connection
- Be visible, hands‑on, and right in the action
- Contribute to events, activations, and moments that make TRIBE unforgettable
Qualifications
This role is Team Leader first, Barista expert always.
We need someone who can guide a team and grind the perfect shot.
You have:
- Strong barista experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet
- Leadership instincts — you motivate, you don’t micromanage
- POS & PMS knowledge desirable
- A calm head, quick hands, and a guest‑first mindset
- Desirable knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
