Job Description

A Career that lets your passion shine:

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will bring the Sofitel spirit to life across our beautifully curated event spaces. You’ll orchestrate experiences that feel seamless, polished, and unmistakably Sofitel. You’ll also play a key role supporting service excellence across our wider F&B portfolio, including buffet breakfast, all‑day à la carte dining, signature bar service, and relaxed poolside offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Banquets team to deliver refined, memorable event experiences
  • Oversee event execution from room setup and service flow to guest engagement and post‑event wrap‑up
  • Collaborate closely with the Events and Culinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and elevated presentation
  • Support and guide teams across other hotel outlets as required, maintaining consistency in luxury service standards
  • Bring a sense of theatre, rhythm, and poise to every service environment
  • Coach and mentor ambassadors to embody the Sofitel service culture: intuitive, graceful, emotionally intelligent
  • Maintain impeccable presentation across venues, upholding brand standards with care
  • Manage daily operational needs including stock, ordering, rosters, and event logistics

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Strong experience in Banquets or Restaurant operations, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within an elevated venue
  • A natural ability to lead by example, set the tone, and inspire a culture of refined service
  • Confidence, warmth, and clarity in communication
  • An eye for detail, a calm approach under pressure, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
  • RSA certification and availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
