Job Description
This is a hands-on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. You will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team.
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
- Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
- Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
- Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
- Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
- All round Food & Beverage knowledge including barista & bar skills.
- A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- A valid NSW RSA.
- Valid Australian working rights.
