Our Conference & Events team is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly & vibrant team as we head into one of our busiest event periods.

Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Set up, service and pack down function spaces
- Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events
- Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely service
- Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked
- Bring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences
- Follow Hotel policies, WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
Qualifications
You don't need to have done it all before — we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality service — highly desirable
- Great communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
- A genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
