Join our team as the overnight hero who ensures our guests enjoy seamless, luxurious in-room dining experiences! As our Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant, you’ll deliver exceptional service, create memorable moments, and be an essential part of our 24-hour hospitality excellence.
- Deliver exceptional in-room dining service to guests during overnight hours, ensuring every order is presented with precision, warmth, and efficiency.
- Take guest orders via phone with a professional and friendly manner, providing recommendations and accommodating special requests or dietary needs.
- Prepare trays and trolleys to luxury standards, ensuring attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and discreetly to guest rooms, maintaining a calm and polished demeanor at all times.
- Set up and clear trolleys from guest rooms and hallways in line with hotel standards.
- Assist with late-night amenities, minibar replenishment, and special room requests as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the in-room dining area, including pantry, service corridors, and equipment.
- Ensure all orders are accurately posted and processed through the POS system.
- Support in monitoring stock levels and assist with overnight inventory or restocking as needed.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, front office, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless overnight operations.
- Deliver thoughtful, anticipatory service to create memorable guest experiences, even in the quietest hours of the night.
- Previous experience in In-Room Dining and/ or Food and Beverage service, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Physically able to carry trays and equipment, and navigate stairs or service corridors if required.
- Team player with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed during overnight shifts.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
