Job Description
Looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team:
What will you be doing:
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
- Guide guests through menu selections by providing detailed product knowledge.
- Drive revenue through expert menu knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
- Accurately take and process customer orders while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
We are looking for service experts who are passionate about being part of Hospitality industry.
What we are looking for:
- Skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude.
- Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
- Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure.
- Current RSA certification required.
