Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals and objectives
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts to senior management
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize the company's financial position
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional accreditation (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modeling tools is a plus
