      What you will be doing:

  • Provide warm, engaging, and personalized service to Fairmont Gold guests in the lounge
  • Set up, maintain, and refresh food and beverage presentations for breakfast, canapés, and beverage service
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently upheld in the lounge and service areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance the overall experience
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages where applicable
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the Fairmont Gold and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Responsible beverage service certification (Serving It Right) required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working closely with the Fairmont Gold and Culinary teams, you will contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
