Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while meeting revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food and beverage operations to meet financial targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to continuously improve performance and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant patronage and revenue
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and service techniques
  • Excellent financial management skills, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive for continuous improvement
