Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests to the dining area
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
  • Clear and reset tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an F&B Attendant or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control
  • Basic food and beverage knowledge
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
