The F&B All Rounder plays a key role in delivering outstanding a la carte service, anticipating guest needs, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. This position suits a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with guests and takes pride in creating memorable moments through quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and efficiency.

• Provide attentive table service in the a la carte restaurant, ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered.

• Maintain in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients, dietary options, and daily specials.

• Assist with beverage service and bar support, including wine service and preparing cocktails.

• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Manage billing and handle payments accurately.

• Uphold the brand’s service philosophy and ensure each member/guest feels valued.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and event days;
• Have a current RSA certificate;
• Impeccable grooming and presentation;
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
• Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
