As our Executive Sous Chef, you will play a role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supporting the Executive Chef in leading our culinary team. With your expertise in culinary techniques, team development, and efficient kitchen operations, you will inspire Heartists to bring bold flavors and innovative dishes to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You are a service-driven culinary professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in a luxury hotel setting. With comprehensive expertise across all culinary disciplines, you excel under pressure, making swift and confident decisions that enhance every dining moment. Your leadership style is built on leading by example, fostering teamwork, and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results. At Sofitel, your talent will shine as you craft exquisite dishes from scratch — from signature dressings and sauces to rich demi-glace and flavorful stocks — all prepared with precision and care. With at least two years of management or supervisory experience as a Sous Chef, you are ready to take the next step in elevating our culinary excellence.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $75,000 - $85,000
