Job Description

This position is responsible for the  supervision and management of all  food preparation and kitchen  organization to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.

Participate in management meetings to review progress  towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual   business plan related for the department.

Work with Senior Culinary team and is responsible for the team to develop new menus and product  development supported by detailed analysis and accurate costing.


Qualifications

-Minimum 15 years of professional culinary experience, including leadership roles within luxury hotels or high-end international environments.

-Diploma from a reputable Hospitality Management / Culinary school preferred.

-Strong expertise in French cuisine, with the ability to adapt to evolving culinary trends and guest expectations.

-Be proactive, innovative, and adaptable to evolving culinary trends and guest expectations, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

-International experience and strong communication skills in English are preferred.
