Job Description
•Lead and oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
•Develop menus, control costs, and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent and innovative culinary experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5 star or luxury international chain hotel.
Expertise in kitchen operations, cost control, menu planning, and supplier management.
Proven leadership and people management skill with string communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Mature, professional, and positive personality, with high integrity, strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
