We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Shift Leader to lead maintenance and engineering activities during assigned shifts.

• Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure plant equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Maintain accurate shift reports, maintenance logs, and handover notes

• Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency

• Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.

• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance

• Minimum 02 years’ experience in the position is preferred
• Proven hospitality experience is preferred
• Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call if required

Additional Language is an added advantage.
