Como Encargado de Recepción, serás responsable de liderar el equipo de recepción y garantizar que todos los procesos operativos cumplan con los estándares de excelencia de Accor. Tu objetivo principal será asegurar una experiencia personalizada y de lujo para los huéspedes, desde su llegada hasta su salida, mientras colaboras con otros departamentos para mantener el prestigio de nuestra marca y superar las expectativas de los clientes.
Algunas funciones principales que tendrás:
- Supervisar y motivar al equipo de recepción, garantizando una actitud cálida, profesional y orientada al servicio.
- Diseñar y gestionar los horarios del equipo, asegurando una operación fluida y eficiente.
- Garantizar una experiencia de lujo para los huéspedes durante el check-in, la estancia y el check-out, asegurando personalización en cada interacción.
- Resolver de manera oportuna cualquier inquietud, solicitud o inconveniente, manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente como prioridad.
- Supervisar el manejo de clientes VIP, eventos especiales y huéspedes repetitivos, asegurando que se sientan valorados y reconocidos.
- Coordinar las actividades diarias del área de recepción, incluyendo reservas de última hora, ocupación y asignación de habitaciones.
- Supervisar los procesos de facturación, pagos y gestión de ingresos para garantizar precisión y eficiencia.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos, como housekeeping, alimentos y bebidas, y ventas, para anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes.
- Implementar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de servicio establecidos por Accor.
- Asegurar que el equipo esté capacitado en los estándares de hospitalidad y en protocolos de seguridad.
- Generar informes sobre la ocupación, indicadores de satisfacción y desempeño del equipo.
- Proponer mejoras continuas en los servicios y operaciones.
- Anticiparte a las necesidades de los huéspedes y gestionar imprevistos de manera profesional y rápida.
