Job Description

Assistant Manager
Are you also a passionate in hospitality who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a assistant manager you will be the right hand of the General Manager.

You will supervise the hotel's different departments. You will oversee the implementation of projects with the team, day-to-day organisation, compliance with standards and quality, etc.
You have proven F&B experience, enabling you to lead, mentor and train the team.
Ensure brand standards are maintained.
Strategize on new products and service offerings
Create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance


Additional Information

Your team is about 30 colleagues in different departments.

Your working place is a 3 stars hotel with a restaurant, located near the Brussels Airport.
