Job Description
Electrician
As an Electrician, you will perform a wide range of duties related to the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the property's electrical systems and equipment, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and Heartists.
What you will be doing:
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and facilities throughout the property.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliable operation of all electrical installations.
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety hazards and take immediate corrective action when required.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative, professional, and helpful manner.
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure maintenance activities are completed within established timelines.
- Support all departments with their maintenance requests and operational requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and report any major repairs or equipment issues to the Engineering team.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have proven track record in similar job role for at least 2 years for 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Resort experience is preferred.
- Should have technical education background and related diplomas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.
- Should be a team player
