職務概要
シフト中のホテル運営を統括し、ゲストに最高の体験を提供する デューティーマネージャー を募集します。マネジメント不在時には現場代表としてチームをまとめ、ゲスト対応や運営管理を行い、Accorのサービス基準を維持します。
主な職務内容:
シフト中の全館運営の円滑な遂行と部門間調整。
ゲストの問い合わせ、要望、苦情への迅速かつプロフェッショナルな対応。
フロント業務(チェックイン・チェックアウト・部屋割り・ゲストサービス等)の監督。
公共エリアや施設の清潔さ、安全性、見た目の維持。
緊急事態や予期せぬ状況への適切な対応(Accor方針に準拠)。
スタッフの育成、指導、サービス品質向上のサポート。
宿泊稼働状況、到着・出発状況の確認と部屋準備の管理。
日次報告書、インシデントログの作成およびマネジメントへの報告。
夜間、週末、祝日のマネジメント代理としてホテル運営を維持。
会社方針、安全・セキュリティ基準の遵守。
お客様の90%近くは海外客。英語を使っての業務スキルをさらに経験をすることで、キャリアアップができる環境です。当ホテルスタッフの約20人は海外国籍のスタッフなので、国際的な業務環境での経験を積むことができます
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations across all hotel departments during the shift.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Supervise front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and guest services.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards in public areas and facilities.
Handle emergencies and unexpected situations appropriately, in accordance with Accor policies.
Support, coach, and guide staff to maintain and improve service quality.
Monitor occupancy, arrivals, and departures, and ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and communicate important updates to management.
Represent management during evenings, weekends, and public holidays to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security standards.
Nearly 90% of our guests are from overseas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your English communication and hospitality skills, contributing to your professional growth.

ホテル管理システム(例:Opera PMS)経験者。
夜間・週末・祝日勤務が可能な方。
英語必須、その他言語スキル歓迎。(特に中国語、広東語、台湾語)
※アコー(Accor)のシステム利用経験がある方尚可
・日本語、英語を話せる方
(会話レベル お客様、従業員同士でコミュケーションがとれるレベル)
あると望ましい資格:
・ラグジュアリーホスピタリティマーケットでの経験
・ホスピタリティ学位または同等の実務経験
Education:
・High school diploma or above
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
2–3 years of experience in hotel operations or front office management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage (especially Chinese, Cantonese, or Taiwanese).
Experience using Accor systems is a plus.
Able to communicate effectively in Japanese and English (conversational level sufficient for interacting with guests and colleagues).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the luxury hospitality market.
Hospitality degree or equivalent professional experience.
