Job Description
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable first impressions? We are looking for a courteous and well-presented Doorman to be the face of our hotel — warmly welcoming guests, providing assistance, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure with a genuine smile and courteous manner.
- Open doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests as needed.
- Coordinate closely with valet, bell desk, and reception to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety at all times.
- Provide guests with directions, local area information, and respond to basic inquiries.
- Monitor guest arrival patterns and assist with managing traffic at the front drive.
- Maintain a professional appearance and be alert to guest needs at all times.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent grooming and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to guest service.
