Job Description

The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance, service-oriented culture in alignment with the hotel's Premium brand standards. Responsible for leading all aspects of the T&C function, this role oversees recruitment, training, employee engagement, labor relations, and compliance with local labor laws. The T&C Director works closely with hotel leadership to ensure that team members are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the hotel's vision of delivering world-class guest experiences.


Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

•Minimum of 6 years HR experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership position at a 4 or 5-star hotel.

•In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and T&C practices within the hotel industry.

•Experience in managing multicultural teams in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
