Dans le cadre du renforcement de son encadrement, le Movenpick Abidjan Hotel recherche son/sa
Directeur(trice) Administratif(ve) et Financier(e).
Au sein de la Direction financière vous assurez la coordination et la gestion des systèmes financiers, des contrôles internes et de la stratégie d'investissement de l'hôtel. Vous préparez et révisez les budgets, les prévisions, les résultats d'exploitation, les rapports financiers et les déclarations fiscales, tout en assurant la conformité aux réglementations gouvernementales.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général et en lien avec la direction financière du groupe, vous pilotez l’ensemble des fonctions financières, comptables et administratives de l’établissement. À ce titre, vos missions incluent :
- Superviser la comptabilité générale, analytique et auxiliaire dans le respect des normes locales et du référentiel groupe (USALI)
- Garantir la fiabilité des clôtures mensuelles, rapports de gestion et états financiers
- Assurer la production, l’analyse et la remontée des reporting financiers dans les délais requis
- Piloter la trésorerie, la gestion des flux et le contrôle des engagements
- Veiller à la bonne application des procédures de contrôle interne
- Préparer les budgets, les forecasts et suivre leur exécution
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des commissaires aux comptes, auditeurs internes, autorités fiscales et sociales
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétence les équipes comptabilité, contrôle de gestion et achats
- Participer activement à la stratégie de performance économique de l’hôtel
- Formation supérieure en finance, audit ou comptabilité (Bac +5 – DS, Master , école de commerce, etc.)
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 7 ans) dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie haut de gamme ou le secteur du tourisme
- Une expérience préalable en d’audit ou en environnement multi-sites est un atout
- Excellente maîtrise des outils comptables, ERP, Excel et des standards financiers hôteliers (USALI, IFRS)
- Sens aigu de l’intégrité, de la confidentialité et du respect des procédures
- Rigueur, leadership, capacités d’analyse et sens du service
- Parfaite maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit. L’anglais professionnel est un plus.
