Responsabilités principales :
Marketing & Communication
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing et communication alignée avec les objectifs de l'hôtel et du Palais des Festivals et Congrès.
- Superviser la création et la diffusion de contenus pour renforcer la présence en ligne et hors ligne, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, le site web et les médias traditionnels.
- Gérer les relations publiques et collaborer avec des agences externes pour maximiser la couverture médiatique.
- Analyser les performances des campagnes marketing et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- S'assurer de la cohérence de l'image de marque à travers tous les canaux de communication.
Organisation des social events et lifestyle
- Concevoir, planifier et exécuter des événements sociaux et lifestyle qui valorisent le Palais des Festivals et Congrès.
- Collaborer avec les clients, les équipes internes et les partenaires pour garantir le succès des événements.
- Gérer les budgets des événements et assurer un suivi précis du P&L.
- Innover dans l’expérience client en intégrant des éléments uniques et attractifs dans chaque événement.
Management et coordination
- Superviser et motiver les équipes de marketing, communication et événements.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements pour garantir une exécution fluide des projets.
- Développer des partenariats stratégiques avec des acteurs locaux et internationaux pour renforcer l’attractivité de l’établissement.
- Veiller à l’adéquation des activités avec les normes et les régulations locales.
Qualifications et compétences requises
- Expérience de 8-10 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec une responsabilité directe sur la stratégie marketing, la communication et la gestion d’événements.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et capacité à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Maîtrise des outils numériques, des réseaux sociaux et des logiciels de gestion d’événements.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
- Forte capacité d’analyse et d’adaptation à des environnements dynamiques.
- Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Connaissance des tendances actuelles dans les secteurs du lifestyle, des événements et du marketing.
