Situé idéalement près du Parc des Expositions de la Porte Versailles
Notre hôtel de 388 chambres a fait peau neuve en 2020. Il dispose d'un restaurant, un bar, une salle de fitness ainsi que 17 salles de séminaire, dans un environnement rythmé, exigeant et ultra vivant.
C'est dans ce décor que nous recherchons notre future Directeur-trice d'Exploitation, prêt•e à faire battre le cœur du Mercure Expo au quotidien.
Ici, pas de routine.
Aux côtés de la Direction Générale, tu pilotes l'ensemble de l'exploitation : opérations, performance, équipes et expérience client. Véritable cheffe d'orchestre, tu es aussi à l'aise sur le terrain que dans l'analyse, toujours avec une vision claire, du dynamisme et une énergie communicative.
Tu assures le bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel, tu anticipes, tu ajustes, tu fais grandir les équipes et tu contribues activement au rayonnement du Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo
Opérations
- Superviser tous les services: hébergement, restauration, séminaires,...
- Être présent-e sur le terrain, proche des équipes et des clients
- Garantir une qualité de service constante et mémorable
Gestion
- Piloter les indicateurs clés
- Participer à la stratégie tarifaire du Mercure Expo
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des projets innovants pour faire évoluer le site
- Manager et fédérer une équipe d'environ 106 collaborateurs
- Recruter, accompagner et faire monter en compétences
