La Dolce Vita Orient Express is the first Italian luxury cruise on rail, offering a unique travel experience across the country. Inspired by the golden age of railway tourism, the train features itineraries connecting Italy's major cities and destinations, providing passengers with top-class service, exceptional comfort, gourmet cuisine, and a refined atmosphere. Per il nostro Team marketing ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Digital Marketing  Specialist: la figura supporterà le attività di marketing digitale e comunicazione online del brand.

Attività previste

• Supporto nella creazione e ottimizzazione di campagne digitali SEA e Social Media

• Caricamento, aggiornamento e controllo qualità dei contenuti del sito web

• Gestione operativa dei contenuti su piattaforme terze (Seven Rooms, Tripadvisor, Google, Yext)

• Supporto alla creazione e aggiornamento di contenuti per campagne di email marketing

• Attività di copywriting e proofreading di contenuti digitali

• Monitoraggio dei canali Social Media e supporto alla preparazione di report periodici

• Organizzazione e gestione della libreria immagini aziendale

• Raccolta dati e supporto nella preparazione di report su KPI digitali

• Supporto nella preparazione di brief per shooting fotografici e video

• Monitoraggio delle attività digitali dei competitor

• Supporto operativo e amministrativo alle attività di digital marketing

• Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Digital Media o discipline affini

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese fluente (francese gradito)

• Conoscenza base dei canali di digital marketing (SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing)

• Conoscenza di CMS (preferibilmente WordPress)

• Familiarità con piattaforme digitali come OTA, Tripadvisor o simili

• Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office

• Conoscenza di strumenti grafici (Canva, Adobe)

• Conoscenza base di strumenti di analisi (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)

• Interesse per fotografia, video e contenuti visivi

• Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team
